Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

• United States: 5-10 business days — Free shipping on all orders

• Note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or carrier delays.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Delivery area

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas. Deliveries to hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.

Package not received

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please: check whether a neighbor or building staff picked it up; check for any delivery notice from the carrier; contact us at contact@byclariva.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking.

Damaged package

If you receive a visibly damaged package, refuse the delivery or accept it with reservations and contact us immediately at contact@byclariva.com with photos of the damage.
